綵排環節公告

Instructions & Announcement

Sound Check Announcement
1.
持綵排門票的觀眾必須經由10號展館進入指定等候區換領綵排手帶。
1. Sound check ticket holders are required to enter the sound check holding area through Hall 10 and finish the ticket admission at their respective admission land to redeem the sound check session wristband.

2. 持綵排門票的觀眾必須根據門票上的序號排隊。
2. Sound check ticket holders should queue up at the holding area according to the sequence of queuing number on the ticket. 

3. 當天下午3時開始進場,大約於下午315分正式開始綵排環節。
3. The admission of sound check session will begin at 3pm and sound check session will begin at around 3:15pm.

4. 當綵排等候區的觀眾開始進場,其後到達之觀眾的門票序號將會作廢。
4. The queue number will no longer be valid once the sound check admission to the venue commences.

5. 請細讀「嚴禁攜帶進場的物品清單」。請在進入綵排場地之前,妥善處理所有限制物品。
5. Please check the list of prohibited items and take care of the prohibited items before entering the venue for sound check session.

6. 綵排進行期間嚴禁拍攝或錄影。請注意,一旦被發現攜帶了限制物品,會立即被取消參與綵排環節的資格,及會被要求刪除記憶卡的內容,並不得重新入場。
6. Photography or videography is strictly prohibited during the sound check session. Please be reminded that when found with prohibited item, immediate expulsion from the session and deletion of prohibited content will be requested. Re-entry will not be permitted. 

7. 綵排環節結束後,所有參與綵排的觀眾必須立即離開綵排場地。

7. All personnel will be removed from the venue right after the sound check session is over.

 

 

歡送活動公告

Send off arrangement announcement
1.
持歡送活動門票的觀眾必須在指定等候區換領歡送活動手帶。

1. Send off ticket holders are required to finish the ticket admission at their respective admission land to redeem the send off session wristband.
2.
在演唱會結束之後,請持歡送活動門票的觀眾按照工作人員指示留在指定的等候區。之後,請跟隨工作人員到達歡送地點。

2. After the concert, send off ticket holders please stay and follow staff instruction to designated holding area. After that, please follow staff to send off area.

 

企位觀眾進場公告

Standing zone admission arrangement
1.
當天下午1時,企位等候區(Hall 😎1pm 開放。持企位門票的觀眾須在等候區內之指定票區,依其門票上之序號順序排隊。

1. Holding area for the standing zone will open at 1pm. standing zone ticket holders should queue up at the holding area according to both ZONE/SECTION and the sequence of queuing number on the ticket.

觀眾須遵循工作人員指示,經由10號展館有秩序地進入企位等候區(Hall 8)

2. Audiences are required to enter the holding area through Hall 10 by following staff instruction. 


3.
根據購買門票的系統(ErasliveCITYLINE),觀眾須進入指定的門票檢查區。

3. Audiences need to enter the designated ticket checking area according to the ticketing system (Eraslive / CITYLINE) you purchase the tickets.


4.
凡持有經Eraslive購買的門票的觀眾,請出示身份證明文件以作檢查。門票登記姓名必須與身份證明文件完全相同,不符者將延誤或被拒入場

4. Ticket purchasers via Eraslive, please present valid identity documents for checking. Name on ticket must exactly match the attendee’s ID document. Failure to present matching ID document will result in denied admission to the event.


5.
演唱會開場前2小時開始進場 (實際時間依現場狀況而定),已在企位等候區(Hall 8)排隊的觀眾可以開始順序進入演唱會場館。

5. Admission to the concert hall starts 2 hours before show time (subject to change based on actual situation) and standing zone ticket holders in the holding area will be admitted according to the queuing number.


6.
當企位等候區(Hall 8)的觀眾開始進場,其後到達之觀眾的門票序號將會作廢。此等觀眾並須待所有企位等候區(Hall 8)的觀眾進場後方可進場。

6. The queuing number on the ticket will no longer be valid once the admission to venue commences. Standing zone ticket holders which arrive subsequent to the commencement of admission would be required to enter venue after all the tickets holders within the Holding Area have been admitted.

 

以上措施可能按現場實際情況而有所變更,亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司保留修改入場安排的權利而不作另行通知。

The arrangement above will be subject to change as the case may be. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Ltd. reserves the right to amend the arrangement without prior notice. If there are any discrepancies between the announcement in Chinese language and the announcement translated in English language, the former shall prevail.

 

演唱會公告

Concert announcement


1.
請在進場前,細讀「嚴禁攜帶進場的物品清單」。

  1. 1.      Please take care of the prohibited items before entering the venue.


2.
所有觀眾進場前,須接受手提袋檢查及經金屬探測器的安檢程序。

  1. 2.      All audiences are required to go through handheld metal detector checking and bag check before entering the venue.

 

3. 嚴禁攜帶長傘進場。建議各位有需要使用雨傘的觀眾攜帶可折疊式雨傘,請把雨傘收進你的手提袋或膠袋裡。嚴禁在場館範圍內打開雨傘。

3. Long umbrella is not allowed in the venue. Those who pack umbrellas are advised to put foldable umbrellas in their bag or plastic bags. Opening the umbrella in the venue are prohibited.
4.
基於安全理由,嚴禁攜帶各類型的椅子進入場館範圍內。

4. For the safety of the audience, any chair items are not allowed during the performance.
5.
場館範圍內嚴禁進行直播、拍攝、錄音和錄影。以上行徑一旦被發現,將有機會被沒收攝影器材,並被要求離場及不得重新進場。

5. Any kind of internet live broadcasting, photography, voice and video recording is prohibited inside the venue. If prohibited actions are found, it may be confiscated, be asked to leave the venue, and be unable to re-enter.
6.
請勿往舞台上拋擲任何物品。

6. Please refrain from throwing anything toward the stage.
7.
場館範圍內嚴禁吸煙。如需吸煙,請在指定吸煙區內吸煙。

7. Smoking is not allowed inside the venue. Please smoke only in designated smoking areas.
8.
若觸犯法例,例如施暴或偷竊,將會被驅逐離場。

8. In the event of a criminal situation, such as violence or theft, you may be escorted out of the venue. 
9.
場館內禮賓服務處設物品寄存服務。

9. Baggage storage service is available at Concierge counter.

 

 

嚴禁攜帶進場的物品清單
相機、錄影機等器材
哨子,內含化學液體的熒光棒,或其他發出噪音的物品
各類型的椅子
所有氣球,超過A3大小的海報、橫幅、手幅和其他應援物品
任何超過30厘米長的(包括可延伸的長度) 鐳射、雨傘、三腳架、自拍捧或各種長棒型的物品

 

List of Prohibited items in the venue
Camera, video recording equipment
Whistle, glow stick, and other noise-making items
Any chair-like items
Poster, banner, slogan, balloon and other supporting items over A3 paper size 
Any laser, umbrella, tripod, selfie stick over 30cm long (including adjustable length), and other long stick items.
